Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
>Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

>Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
>Collaborate with the executive team to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
>Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Sales Operations:
>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
>Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics.
>Identify process improvements and implement best practices to optimize sales processes.
Client Relationship Management:
>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
>Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive customer >engagement and lead generation.
Training and Development:
>Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
>Stay abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques, and share insights with the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
>Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
>Communicate effectively with the executive team to provide updates on sales performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you have:
- 3+ years experience leading a team in enterprise software sales or equivalent
- Experience managing managers a plus
- Experience leading successful mid market sales in the B2B and SaaS market
- Experience overachieving on goals
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively
- A passion for coaching and developing earlier in career sales teams
